Looking over Prescott and Lyrics annotated bibliographies today helped me a lot. Reading and learning about their topics made me feel better about my project because we all have similar bibliographies. Although our topics are different it seems to me that we are doing a good job following directions. Lyric's topic is about sports management. On one of her bibliographies she decided to use a youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_x_58u7UQnI which is titled " Learning From the Journey With ESPN’s Maria Taylor."When reading her annotations, not only did I help her structure her wording, but she gave me more feedback than I could ask for. I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Prescott's topic is on bodybuilding. He has two sources that are very close to being finished. The structure and actual source is very good. The sources themselves are exactly what I would use if I were him. With the short time in class today I was able to get a good idea of what an annotated bibliography should actually look like. I have been working on mine recently and after today I can say that the improvements I will make with help me drastically. Learning and helping my peers motivated me to work harder on this part of the project and helped me realize how easy it actually is to not get in trouble for plagiarism.
