S-Town and Ysrael

Brian Reed is the man behind the microphone. He describes his story about a weird "shit town" mystery. John B. Mclemore is an antique clock restorer, which one day ask Brian to help him solve a murder. "Too much little crap for something not to happen". John is a funny man, randomly pulls out a tums during the interview and makes a joke about the first one that popped out. In the story Ysrael by Junot Diaz, we learn about a couple characters and their different personalities and lifestyles. Ysrael's face was eaten by pig when he was just a baby, leaving him to be a talked about figure on their side of the world. People would go to see him just to get a look at his torn face. The other characters that we learn about is Yunior and Rafa. They are brothers and Rafa is the oldest. He thinks that he god's gift to everybody. He has sex with multiple girls and could care less if they were pregnant. Their relationship is like most brothers. Tough but they care for eachother.
